Staff scheduling for festivals and events
Schedule your teams in minutes, not weekends.
You enter the stands, the shifts and who is available. The software builds the rota and checks the French Labour Code, including the rules for under-18s, every time something changes.

On the day
On the day, one screen is enough.
The heatwave order closes every stand in the afternoon, without rebuilding the grid.
Today's numbers, with absences, empty seats and pending swaps.
A team member says from their phone that they can't make it.
Suggested replacements already meet every rule.
The control-room TV refreshes every minute.
The morning weather alert and the 22:00 reminders go out on their own.
Is the rota legal?
Yes. The solver applies ten articles of the French Labour Code and cannot break them. When it refuses an assignment, it cites the article.

Read the rules in the code (in French) · The software helps you decide. The organisation that publishes the rota remains the employer.

How we work together
-
We look at your data
- You
- send your current files, your stands, your in-house rules.
- We
- tell you whether the tool fits. If it doesn't, we say so.
-
We install and configure
- We
- set up your instance, configure your rules and import your teams.
- You
- have nothing to host or administer.
-
We stay within reach during the event
- You
- schedule, publish and run the event day.
- We
- answer quickly, especially on days when the rota keeps changing.
The price depends on the size of your event. Tell us how many people and how many days, and we'll send you a figure.
Questions we get asked
What if the solver finds no solution?
It shows which rule is blocking, on which shifts and for whom. Usually someone is just missing on a Saturday evening. The staffing check flags it before the first run.
What happens to our staff's data?
It stays with you, and we only ask for what scheduling needs. The date of birth is only used to know who is under 18 on the day of a shift. The AI assistant never sees it, and team chats only get numbers, never names.
Do we need someone technical?
Not if we host it for you. Everything happens in the browser, in English or French, and your staff install nothing.
